Project Description
The project provided consulting services related to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) implementation which enables managing unstructured information (not managed by IT Applications, copies of paper and multimedia information) and relating it to structured information (managed by IT Applications).
This project implemented business automation for five cases (each case has multiple business processes), the development of future ECM road map, and overseeing the operation of the ECM Center of Excellence.
The project as well covered supervising the implementation of the Records Management System, which included the implementation of a comprehensive content management solution considering business process automation, correspondence and records management. Moreover, the project developed the ICT Road Map for a major GCC Government Organization and supervised its implementation including information technology, eGovernment, smart city, GIS, ECM, and knowledge and information management.
