Project Description
The project was concerned with establishing and operating municipal innovation centers across the country. It included setting up the municipal innovation evaluation methodology, municipal innovation management methodology, innovation foundations, innovation governance, as well as the tasks and responsibilities of the centers and the communication mechanism between the centers. In addition, the project included the following:
- Establishing the center’s organizational structure, principle of work, governance and the main procedures of the innovation centers.
- Building and implementing the innovation life cycle; starting from ideas’ attraction and ending with ideas’ implementation.
- Supervising the implementation of various innovation ideas throughout the project period.
