Project Description
The project focused on providing GIS enabled IT transformation roadmap for a utilities’ entity. It covered the electricity, water, gas, and fiber optic departments responsible for these utilities. The project aimed at achieving the entity’s IT and GIS vision and contributed to achieving their strategic objectives. The project included the following:
- Developing the GIS enabled IT transformation roadmap for five years.
- Overseeing the execution of the road map across the entity.
- Supporting the transformation of twelve major business processes.
- Supporting and supervising the implementation of various GIS based projects across the entity.
