Project Description
The project carried out developing a digital transformation plan for the governmental services/processes, where it accomplished the following:
- Developing a digital transformation plan for governmental processes.
- Determining, specializing, and applying the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) industry framework to address the authority needs.
- Defining the enterprise architecture principles and vision.
- Preparing models and templates to collect data, document processes, and train project stakeholders.
- Studying and documenting the current status of the enterprise architecture field including business architecture, data architecture, applications architecture, and digital architecture.
- Designing the future enterprise architecture fields including business architecture, data architecture, applications architecture, and digital architecture.
